The Energy healings are wonderfully expanding your potentials and open your wonder of life.
Energy work opens your life to be more real and true: I was a new mother, and I felt so much joy and happiness with my babies in my life, but at the same time I lived with mental pain. In sorrow and loneliness I pushed myself so hard to be a “good mom”, while believing I was failing. Overcome with strong emotions and confusion, I looked for something that might help me. A friend suggested using flower essences, and my intuition told me to "try it". After a few days I felt a ray of light and hope as my depression started to lift. I began to understand my ego voice was telling me I was a bad mom, but it wasn’t real or true. As my consciousness expanded, I was able to see myself in a new way, accepting of the good and the bad. I began to learn alongside my babies instead of tormenting myself to be a “perfect mother”. I continue to use flower essence and energy work for self-growth, health and grounding as my journey unfolds.
As energy beings, we are not only the physical body. When you feel pain, pressure or discomfort in your physical body, it may be caused physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually; all of which are connected and woven together. Energy healing works holistically by deeply raising your energy. You can even learn to do this yourself. You have the full potential and creative power in your life, the choice is yours. Flower Essences
Flower essences are a vibrational energy medicine by nature, imprinted in water. They contain no scent and should not be confused with essential oils. Read more about Flower Essences on the Pacific Essences site
The session is a full consultation to reach core issues, then mixing a bottle of customized essences to take home with you.
Main focus: unconscious level transformation to help your habits, trauma, mental blockages, and support your spiritual growth.

Working on a therapeutic level, I facilitate a powerful, yet gentle process to release your ‘heavy’ feelings, while energizing and creating holistic balance. Intuitive messages will be shared after the session.

Relaxation Massage
--using Reiki & Essential oil
The approach combines both physical and spiritual in one. The Hands or whole body physical massage with Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil is open and relaxing your body, and adding Reiki helps heal deep issue.
Main focus: amazingly relaxing and calming your whole body deeply.
